
Q. What are the payment methods you accept?
A. We use Paypal for all transactions as it is both reliable and secure. Your financial information will always remain safe as it should. As our online merchant Paypal accepts all major credit cards, debit card, eCheck, and Paypal account.
*Please note, you do not need a Paypal account. Our account is set up to accept normal online credit card transactions through Paypal. For credit card transactions please click on the credit card logo on the left side of the Paypal payment page.
Q. Do you offer Diagnosis or Troubleshooting?
A. Yes, we offer FREE Diagnosis Service. Please choose our Free Diagnosis Service from our Products Menu. Shipping to us is not included but we do offer a bubble-mailer option for a small fee. We will then send you a mailer to ship your iPod to Device Medic. Shipping back from Device Medic to you is Free. Once we receive your iPod we will email you a receipt confirmation and a diagnosis email containing a quote for repair. Once you authorize the repair and payment is completed we will perform the work. Diagnosis is performed 1-2 days after Device Medic receives your iPod.
Q. How do you Ship?
A. Shipping is done via USPS. Shipping from Device Medic to your doorstep is insured and free for all repairs. Shipping for parts is based on weight and generally inexpensive as the parts are small. Upon request you can get your parts faster with upgraded shipping such as Priority or Express Mail for an additional shipping fee. You have until we send you a shipping confirmation email to request upgraded shipping otherwise we will ship insured First Class Mail free of charge with any repair.
Q. How fast will I get my Part?
A. In most cases your Part will be shipped the next day after receipt via USPS First Class mail. Generally this takes 3-8 days and includes delivery on Saturday in US and about 2 weeks out of U.S . If you request diagnostic service we will wait for your authorization for repair after receipt of our diagnostic email. When we receive the authorization for repair from you your iPod will be repaired, we will invoice your for payment, once completed your iPod will be mailed back to you the next day. In some specialized cases repairs might be delayed. In such a case you will receive an email from us explaining any delay’s with repair.
Q. Will you share my personal information?
A. No, we do not share or disclose any personal information.
Q. Are you guys legitimate?
A. Absolutely, we have seen our fair share of scams, ripoffs, and businesses trying to make a quick buck. We are not one of them. We work hard and pride ourself in having honesty and integrity with our customer's. We have many happy return customer's and we appreciate every one of them.
Q. Why do I need to fill out a shipping form?
A. For tracking purposes we ask that customers fill out a shipping form. We get many iPods/Parts delivered regularly and in order to keep accurate track of each individuals Apple iPod we ask that you fill out our form and include it with your shipment.
